Presidential teleprompter
The beam-splitter glass is on either side of the podium, centered in the audience. The room sees clear glass while the speaker reads the full script, rotating between the left and right side of the audience.
Stage & concert prompting

What's included when I book a prompter?
The package selected, the teleprompter operator, the software, and all cabling for video distribution, for a ten-hour day.
How late can we send the script?
At least a day prior to the event is recommended. Scripts do come in at the last minute, and depending on the formatting needed they can be loaded in directly, but that may require more time depending on the length of the script.
Do you travel outside Los Angeles?
Yes. Globally if needed.
Can the talent read from an iPad instead?
An iPad or tablet is not a reliable source and is not recommended. Hardwired teleprompters are more reliable. We run professional monitors on a direct signal with little to no latency, so the scroll stays locked to the operator's control.
How much setup time do you need?
Usually about an hour for a basic setup, after loading in. Some camera setups are more complex and may require slightly more time.
Will it work with our camera package?
Almost certainly. The hood opening is sized for large matte boxes and lenses. Send your camera package with the inquiry and we will confirm the mount before the shoot day rather than on it.
What if the talent goes off script?
The operator is reading the talent and keeping up with their pace. If they ad-lib or skip sentences, the operator picks the best spot for the talent to resume reading. Judging that in the moment is the hardest part of the job, and it is what an experienced operator does without the talent ever noticing.
